anyone use a swivel

anyone use a small swivel to connect braid to a fluorocarbon leader... i hear fisherman say they go that route rather than doing a double uni braid to leader, any thoughts

only way I fish. #7's I think is the size I use, the Black ones.

I also use braid to swivel to fluorocarbon on all my pulling rods. Not sure of the swivel size, but they're small enough that the fit inside the line guides.
