Wth the 90 degree days I'd go for some ice right now.
Fishing has been tough, but we are still finding some decent fish to tangle with.

We even had a few wacky loons fledglings chase our spinnerbaits.

The eyes are tough to find and even the pike are a bit frisky shaking us loose.

Just watching them drill that hole depresses me.
Good things come to those who bait.

    I'm glad to hear that!
The bridge going down sure has stirred up a ruckus in our state.

I'm a few hours north so we do not get all of the TV crews like down there.
Poor folks of those missing. It's gonna be a good thing for them to get some closure.
    God Bless them.

On a lighter note the walleyes are just hammering the baits!
We caught over 100 in 2 night of fishing not to mention scads of bass.

The last few days have been a riot with hundreds of eyes being caught.
For some reason the smaller ones are on a feed like you'd not believe.
We had dropped down to UL rods because they were so small ,but then I tied into this 20 incher.BOOOya,what a battle.

My son David joined Rick & I 2 nights ago.Boy did he whip up on a them.
He caught around 30 plus a few bass.

Rick drilled a nice 20 incher to that night.

All in all fishing has been good.
It's time to start packing for the NHRA Lucas Oil Nationals.
I'll have some pics for y'all next week.
Here was the 20 I caught on the UL.
Man was that a fun night.

You need an account with a hosting site for your pics like [url]www.photobucket.com,it's free .Then once you've uploaded them you can left click on the url tag. Choose copy. Then make your post ,in that post left click & choose paste.
    Walla the pic is posted.

If you register on photobucket you can call me some night & I'd walk you through it.
