FedEx recently sent a package around the country before hopefully being delivered yesterday. Late by a week!
I frequently get deliveries from Japan. More often than not get my packages within 36 hours after shipping. Last week a new rod….36 hours on the dot to my door. Today some jig heads and lures…depending on when FedEx drops it off it will be under 41 hours. Have had same experience when my items are shipped with DHL or UPS. I guess my point is how that can be done on a regular basis and yet USPS packages just from one state over take much longer.

I have had many issues with the usps over the last several years. I live and W. KY. and had a package come from W. TN., it traveled through KY twice before being delivered. If you made a map of its travel it would look like you gave a two year old a crayon and a piece of paper. Mind boggling.
USPS is needing money to change their name....USPNS (United States Postal Non Service). Funny how a package can travel from China or Japan in a few days but as letter to the person next door takes two to three weeks.

I think the priority and amount one pays for the shipping service is the biggest deal. Regular shipping or ground isn't given as much priority or care.
