Hate to hear about the smokes. Certainly not cheap to lose
Knew the weather was iffy, but it’s hot, and it did cut down on the lake lice. Lots of playing w new electronics, but caught enough for a couple cookings. Got caught with a pop up t storm, lost about 3/4 pack of cigarettes and my lighter got wet
Thought I had them in a safe place, but nope. Still learning this boat.
Also got caught with 8 rods in the water, lightning got uncomfortably close before I got pulled in and over to the shelter of a tall bluff
Rained so hard for awhile that the scuppers couldn’t keep up - two 11/2 inch drains. Was sloshing around ankle deep with lightning popping all around. Fun times.
But I’ll take it and be happy.

I'm glad you didn't have worse problems. Where are you fishing?, Step Son is in New Albany and they got a ton of rain.
