Default All Aboard Marine All Sync livescope mount for ultrex

Does anyone have experience with these. Looks like a well build mount. From the pictures I see, looks like the mount will set slightly behind the trolling motor shaft while in operation, may just be the pictures making it look that way. If so, how bad would the interference be when panning around toward trolling motor shaft/head?

The blind spot from the TM shaft is a nuisance for sure but not a deal breaker. I have one but use it on sync mode with my TM pedal most of the time. It beats a separate pole for sure in my mind. I have had to adjust the unit a few times to keep the chain and gear level and smooth. A very well built unit overall. And a bit pricey!

Does yours run in front of, even with, or slightly behind the TM shaft. All pictures i've seen looks different. The ones mounted on port side seems to run in front of and the ones on starboard seem to be slightly behind but hard to tell looking at pictures. Id rather have a starboard side mount but don't know if graphs will interfere in folding TM but scared the port side may stick out past edge of boat too much. Yeah way to pricey to order without more info

This would be the only style of remote transducer pole I would consider using. Locked in sync with trolling motor for scanning open water and able to disengage from trolling motor to use Spot Lock and remotely control pole and transducers for fishing brush or stakebeds. I bet they are pricey. Does anybody know how much they are??

The all sync with flex handle, non motorized, is gonna run around 650ish with flex handle.

Oh OK, I thought it was the one with the sprockets and chain.

It is the one with spockets and chains, just not the electric motor. They have the all scan hybrid which you can sync with tm (using the chains and sprockets), disengage that and turn with handle and/or have a motorized foot pedal to steer it with. They have several different models just not a whole lot of info on how they sit in the water mounted on trolling motors.

I have a garmin force and it sits basically even with the shaft. TM is port side and transducer on starboard side. I have the perspective mount but never use perspective mode.

Gotcha, thanks for the info. Any dislike or regrets, would you buy it again.

I would buy it again but I paid $500 before prices went way up!

Honestly I have learned more about boat control with TM and try to only use spot lock when I need it. If you want to use the manual handle on this setup it may be difficult depending on which hand you hold your pole in. For me I fish right handed and reel left handed. The starboard side mount puts that handle pretty far to the right when TM is deployed so igave to scoot far over to the right to be comfortable using it. I would just much rather fish with both hands and use the livescope with TM pedal.
