Hope you are healing well Doug and will be ready for the shindig.

4 weeks since the first part of my surgery. I’ve been in couch potato mode most of the time. I’m bound and determined this back surgery works and will be my last.

I just spooled two new KastKing Zephyr BFS reels with 10# K9 braid. Ready to start casting practice in my driveway.

I go back to my Dr on the 15th and expect him to let me start PT and maybe get in the boat. Until then I’m being a good boy.

Continue to rest and recover. Hopefully he lets you start PT and you can get back in that boat. I've looked at the Zephyr setup and it's very interesting to me. Let me know how it works for you when your able to.

Baby steps Doug. Taking the time to heal will give you more time and ability to do what you want to down the road. Still thinking healing thoughts for you. The fish aren't gonna know what hit 'em once you get back out after them. Feel better.
