12 foot rods

Nice rod there ketchn, after catching about 1000 or crappie with it you’ll come around.

It ain’t likely I will use it that much , it was ok , but so was the other rod I grabbed , and I don’t LS much these days anyway

I been having Carpel Tunnel issues using 13' rods. I can flip a 1/8 oz jig plenty far with 11 1/2-foot rod.

When all is said & done i'll probably end up just using my 9 & 10 footers. Will be a lot less pain for sure.

I will stick with my Academy H20 12footer for $29.95. I catch or miss just as many fish with it than one of the high dollar units.

one of my buds only uses H2O rods as well , not bad stuff , I have a 10 and a 12 Berkley crappie long rod and they work just fine too and they were both bought at one of the Academy clearance deals back when for ....NINETY NINE CENTS EACH !
heck they were given to me by the guy who picked up about 20 of them on that run ....

I got three of the older BnM Sharpshooters I got from Academy for .99. You should have seen my face when I ran them to the scanner. They did not have a price tag on them but they were sitting over in the corner by themselves. I know what that means at Academy

Nothing wrong with the Berkley long rods.
I’ve got a stock pile myself of 12 &14 foot.
I think Berkley discontinued the c series right before the long rods became popular again with live scope.
I’ve never broken one. Even after big bass and mystery fish bend it past double under the boat.

really are pretty decent for a long rod , wouldn't be worried to compete with one if I had the inclination and tools to do so
