    Went today not much luck but still caught enough for supper.Name:  IMG_0181.jpg

    bite was tough today, plus rain on me from the time I put my boat in at 7 am until 3 pm, then after I got my boat on the trailer the sun started shinning.

    slabbandit the summer crappie here, the big fish to me is hard to find. I can find the 6-8 inch ones on every brush pile, but anything larger than that seem to be nonexistent to me, still learning though. I will find them…

    big fish have a tendency to get below smaller fish , you might look closely at your electronics on them piles , sometimes whoppers are right at the base of the cover under them lil ones .....
    also this .....find big stumps or root balls alone in deep water , often times there will only be one or 2 on them , but they will often be big ole whale crappie ....

    I think they go hug the bottom and are hard to see on livescope.
