    Default 15'' Blacknose Crappie

Jig fished today but saw less than last few trips . Sunk a couple brush piles to replace some that disappeared . Caught 15'' Blacknose Crappie today . Summer is here , just hope it rains soon . Lost the jig I had caught so many on and had to tie on another 1/8 oz Takeum . Kept a good mess and released several more .

Awesome job. How many do you guess you caught on that jig before losing it?

Almost 200 before hung it up and lost it . Would have been good for lots more next few trips .

Great value in hand tied jigs. I don’t get that many from mine but I fish some heavy brush sometimes.

Nice catches. I don't think I ever got that many with a single jig. I can't say I ever really counted but I am awful good at losing jigs.

Nice mess of fish. Dry here too for 10 day or so with no appreciable rain forecasted until the 11th.

That’s a lot of fish to clean! Good Job! I love the durability of hand ties. I lost one yesterday that I caught both of the big Tilapia on. I’d been using it over a month. Well over a hundred fish I believe. One of Deepfry’s one feather jigs on a #8 hook. Thankfully I have others. Never tie just one.
