I hear the same from my wife about the rods in the boat, boat barn and man cave. Last night it was about all the crankbaits as I suspect she was working on Fathers Day. Next weeks jigs, fishing line, ball caps who knows?

I guess I'm the lucky one. My wife has never questioned that sort of thing. But then again I don't have anywhere near the number of rods many of you have. But I do have more than I really need. I rarely take more than 2 at a time in my canoe.

I keep six in the truck, and have another seven in the shed. Seen a real nice Sam Heaton in WallyWorld today with no price tag. I sorta put it behind 4 to five others kinda hidden like hoping it's their on the 1st when I get my check. But believe you me, I have a back up plan in place. I'm thinkin' it will be really nice with a Pfluger President size 10, maybe a size 20 sittin all snugled into the reel seat.

Rods/reels for men are like shoes/purses to women. Can't ever have too many and they all are for different situations!
