    I also do it similar except I use the electric knife to cut out the ribs and then zipper the fillets to remove the mud line
    The older I get the more I realize the therapeutic benefits of fishing

    I do the same but leave the filet whole and not cut in half.

    Same here, pretty standard just all stays one piece after I rib it. Plus the guy on the other side of the table is doing my ribbing!
