of course at my next stop it was even MORE evident it was over at that location as well , a quick glance under the dock made it pretty clear they been done at that location a VERY long time ....
the devil is in the details my friends ...
my version of this system is much different than other versions , I actually use my eyes to look into the water and try to decipher what the fish might be doing and or if they are even there.
in this episode of how to ketch fish without all the technology available it became obvious quickly by using my live eyesight imaging system, that most of the shallow water predator fish were likely going to be young bass and the spawning fish most likely are done doing it in that location.
do I always look closely at the water you might ask and the answer is yes, more often than not paying close attention to what the current scenario might be is just a glance or 2 away.
seek and yee shall find , look and yee shall see ....just saying

Well I don't use any electronics at all either. But I can't say that my eyesight does me much good in most of the water I fish.

I too use my eyesight, past experience and educated guesses about where and what is happening. We bank/dock dudes seem to do all right as far as ketchn Outlaw. Then you verify that with actually tossing jigs in the water in different spots. Seems to be working.
