    Lagniappe is a word used a lot in Cajun country. It means a little extra. Like when you throw in a few stickers and a tea oil on an order for a cap and t-shirt.

    Lagniappe:something given as a bonus or extra gift.

    Exactly I try to live by the word. Nothing wrong with giving 110% in effort but it is usually in the meaning above, a Baker's Dozen so to speak.
