Englewood or Frabill Minnow Coolers

Which one is the best bang for the buck? I am sure there are qualified experiences out there. I am not wanting to beat either company ut, just want actual reviews of their products based on personal experience.

Skip both of them and get the Magellan from Academy Sports. It is just as good and half the price.

I personally like Frabill because the aerators are recessed into the lid. They are on sale at Amazon.

I have the Engel. I don't have any complaints. I guess if I was to buy a new one I would have to look at the Magellan.

My Engle has served me well.

My Engle has a cracked lid and the color has changed to a faded yellow. Haven't called them to see if they'll swap out the lid so I don't know about customer service. I do like the mesh basket inside. I think it keeps the minnows alive better by not banging their noses against the side walls during transport. Sounds crazy but that's the way my brain works.

I have both. Both good. I like the engle aerator.

Fished with a friend the other day and he had a igloo 3 gallon drink cooler that worked excellent. I am looking for one myself.
