The Hull is 1/8in thick 5052 Alloy and the transom was 3/16in thick before I raised it for a 20in motor shaft. It had a 40 Mercury short shaft and my friend wanted a new 70 Yamaha. I had to fabricate a 5in rise and add the reinforcement to make sure it was a bulletproof modification.

Did you use a spray gun or rattle can?

Looks great. Bet it would serve one well gigging flounder or shooting carp or fishing bream beds with a fly rod or many other pursuits.

I put descriptions in the names. These types of projects is why it took my 3 years to build the new Crappie Chaser.

I dont think i can add anything about this that hasent been said, probably better than i could say it.
I feel it necessary however to add one thing.
I have a very well made 14x42 jon boat, and it has become a favorite.
But regardless of all that, never forget what they really are, and for what and where their best uses are.
