This steering mechanism had to be moved to port (from the previous stick steer) to keep it from hitting my leg ...
I didn’t want the helm sticking out in the boat so I mounted it to the back of the plate to hide the helm inside the bench seat ...
Now it’s time to run the hydraulic hoses thru the bench seat and around port/aft corner of the boat toward the motor ...

Trying to wrap my mind around the physics of what you are doing. Installing the larger custom wheel instead of the standard EZ glide handle options, will that reduce the rotation lock to lock of 2.8 rotation that the standard version has?
