For sure it seemed so when I wore the WRONG color ball cap .....
lack of bites and size of the fish were recorded and documented and .....
some more scientific studying will be needed to ensure the for sure correct answer , but after this test run , it seems that bright Orange is not that good of a color on your ballcap , just saying .....

might have been the lack of logo , it sits in my truck as a put it on so you dont get your head shot off cap ....
grabbed it for grins as I headed out of the truck to go ketch fish and came back going ,,,,,ok lets not do that again .....
