This is my front yard. Hope they don’t show up here looking for a hot spot. Lol

Never mind the fish, I can find those. How much for the dog?

I’ve come to think of folks like that, those I can’t trust, as making my life easier. I have nothing to do with them whatsoever. No muss, no fuss.

you will love this one skeet , a fella "pretended" to be my friend back when to find a few of my spots , we exchanged a few details and he sent me to one of his "spots" .
it was VERY specific and it was dark thirty spot when we used to chase them alot in the dark . sent me on a wild goose chase he did , the other side of a lake as far away from where he was ketchn them as possible .
got there and parked where he said to and walked off into the arm of the creek , the bank was all sand and it was VERY obvious to one who aint at his first rodeo , there wasnt a foot print one along that bank that he "was" hitting EVERY night !
Man did that chap me , none the less I worked him for his real spots and then of course dropped him like a hot horse shoe ....

Those heavily pounded spots certainly show lots of activity

But remember all the fund you had finding those spots and how good you felt when you found a productive spot. Those who "cheat" miss all that fun.

They don't care about "fun", EZ .... they's jus' meathogs, plain & simple.

Oh, they might find SOME "fun" in posting their catch on social media ... with that "look at me, the great angler" picture. But, deep down they know better.

I literally just read a post on a FB flyfishing group where a guy suggested that it's OK to give some help to newbies, but that the group should be more careful about "spot burning". Geez louise, the guy got completely excoriated for simply making the suggestion. He was selfish, he was everything wrong with the sport, he was trying to prevent children from learning, blah, blah, blah. This stuff has always happened to some degree, but between today's social media and a generation that's really been averse to doing anything for themselves, it's really, really gotten bad.
