I enjoy working on them too until I am doing a head stand into a compartment to get to some wiring. Then not so much
The funny thing is, I do like working on this stuff. I may be a computer geek, but I'm also a mechanic. I like working on cars, but my back don't like all the bending over an engine compartment. So an outboard is just the right height. And the boat work is cool too, cause for most of it you get to hang over the side of the boat and into it, less weight/stress on the back! Too funny, huh. Boats were made just for me getting into my old age!

My wife suggests that this would be a great time for a Live Web cam so we can monitor the progress.
She also suggested no audio feed to protect little ears.
If this was to go sideways, don't kill the messenger.

I thought all boats were project boats I have never owned one that I didn’t constantly want to work on it or change something even today I’ve been working on it.

Many years ago, I had a bass boat, then came a divorce so the bass boat was sold. A couple years after the divorce I bought a 1652 Polarcraft with a 40 hp Mercury. I had the cowl lettered with "A view from the Cheap Seats". I thought it fit considering my situation. LOL
Nice find! Can’t wait to see the results of this one.
