    Egg sacks are tough to cook for sure , wasting time is my thought and typically right “ fishy” tasting too …

    Cleaned some fish the other day with eggs in North Texas. Spawn is near to be sure

    Cleaned some last Friday , had a couple of big females already dropped.
    Water on the lake topped the magic 60 degree mark and the first phase of fish
    moved in.
