I know a lot of people no longer spider rig but for those that do or did, what is your favorite rod?

I'm watching this to check what everyone is using. I have BGJP's but have been looking at a few different brands that are cheap to add to the spread.

I have Southern Crappie Rods from Ed Duke. Not saying their the best, just saying that is what I started out with based on the reviews and comments on Crappie.Com. I truly would like lighter weight rods to handle but will say these southern rods are pretty tough. Not overly expensive but I think they are heavy to handle. Appears the ACC crappie stix are lighter but have a higher price tag. The B & M pro staff trolling rods are nice but not sure how they compare weight wise to to the ACC. I am talking about 14' rods in all instances. 16' just seems too long for me to handle, although many use 16 footers and longer.
Rod storage space on the boat can be an issue for many of us who use smaller size boats.
For those who are dedicated trollers its a matter of setting your boat up for just that.
Even for those of us who prefer single pole jigging, lots of long rods on the boat can be an issue.
I have a set of 6 nice Pro Angler rods i bought for spider rigging that never get used.
Right now im looking at 5 long jigging rods leaning in a corner including 2 Sam Heatons and an ACC.
Reason being i cant take all of them on a 14’ jon boat and not have issues for space while fishing.
Of all the rods i have i like the 10’ BnM ultralite as well as any for single pole jigging, as it is a bit lighter than the others.
I also have 2 8’ ultralites and 2 6’ light actions on board, as well as a 7’ Sam Heaton i mostly use for casting.
So where would i put the long spider rig rods or additional long rods for single poling without having some issues?
But i have solved the problem, at least for me, and it could also work for others.
I can keep a dozen or so ten to fifteen foot telescopic rods on the boat as well, in one spot and not even know they are there as for moving about and fishing.
Most of the places i fish arent much more than about ten feet deep anyway.
So i make up rigs that are various lengths with a snap on one end and store them on pcs. of foam pool noodles.
Just snap it on the tip and put it in the water.
If a rig gets fouled up just remove it and snap on another one without wasting time untangling them.
I also keep a few with about 6’ or so of line on them with different jigs for single poling, which is why im leaving some of those nice rods home.
Do you think the fish care what rods we use?
It works for me, and it might work for you also, and it sure wont cost much to find out.

Pro Angler is located in Texas, they have been around for quite awhile and do a very nice job on their rods.
