Default You Ain't NEVER had no FUN !

Till you slow roll a 3.5 inch long big ole 1/8 jig with a Fle Fly Go Go Minnow on it .
You ain't gunna ketch no little fish with it 99% of the time .
You won't EVER forget how HARD they hit it either .
You ain't never done it ,then you just don't know how much fun is involved !
The struggle was real yesterday , buddy 1 and 2 was in the audience for sure .....
but on the upside they did get to see me slamming the you know who who out of them at long range ....
of course there was a pretty serious case of me giving it to them for playing with them lil jigs in back
And of course them there girlee wrist lifting hooksets and missed fish back there too ....
but in the end someone's got to do it ...right
left with a nice box of fish , found zero fish biting all over the darn lake EXCEPT one spot
now mind you this , a nice crappie.com ballcap with my crappie.com hoodie would a been a pretty nifty ensemble, but, probably sent me to the emergency room !
just the crappie.com hoodie bout wore me old arms and shoulders out hook setting and fighting all them big slabs from way out there back to the boat ...
in the end and as a quick synopsis I would say this about that ....
Go Get ya sum KABOOM ....
and for sure this ain't no party , nor is it a disco ....
AND IT AIN'T NO FOOLING ROUND NEITHER!
water temp 50 , depth 16 , a foot or so off the rocky bottom and as far as you can gun sling it parallel to the shoreline

AND BTW , the crappie came to the surface at sunset when the wind laid down! and just started destroying a huge shad ball right beside the boat and we COULD NOT get a single bite ?
no clue what that was about , but they were for sure doing it to the big ole bait ball HARD !
the good news is the sunset was pretty and we gave up and left the lake , only boat there as well ....gots to love it .....

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

Try to use the right size jig head, 1/8 works best with the big Go Go
1/16 on the next size down
No other curly tail comes close to the action when it almost isn’t moving …
They are Very soft and you need a barbless jig
The way a big crappie hits them is mind blowing, they really crash that rig this time of year
Much like the road runner saying , fish it SLOW….
