has anyone ordered stuff from ALI EXPRESS?

I have ordered stuff from Ali Exp with no problems. I have no doubt most fly tackle resellers order most of there stuff from there. Like most people said if your not in a hurry your stuff will eventually come. The longest waits were 3 and 9 months. I believe it gets held in customs because it's coming from China. I'm fuzzy on law but I believe your suppose to do paperwork and pay taxes on it. But most gets a blind under a certain dollar mount and gets released. I read this on the internet so take it with a grain of salt.
