    The slice of duct tape on top of gear points in direction of the scope. I'll get something batter for that later, but this works and is easily adjustable. Prolly need to make it all water proof too. We'll see how long it works. But I think it'll be good. It's 1" pvc inside 1.25" pvc, and I left a little play up and down it so I could squirt some lube between the two. It's not like it's spinning around like crazy all the time, I think this will be just fine.

    OH it's On now! This is just the kinda nudge I needed to make some Motion Automation for the Livescope poles I make. A BIG THANK YOU for posting the parts. You are my Hero today My Friend. Aluminum will be flying in South Mississippi Monday (NIP Tide starts tomorrow, no workie, fishie!)

    Very nice. Couldn't you put a dab of bright fingernail polish on the pulley instead of duct tape to show you the direction your transducer is pointed? I put a dab of polish on my garage key to differentiate it from my house key. Works good.
