What is up with flying them colors and parked on the spring time beds ?
seems something is up with them and never seen it before at this lake , inquiring minds don't just want to know , they NEED to know .....

Certainly looks like a male starting to color up. With the water temps at 72 maybe bumped the hormones up a bit. A couple of years ago I found some redear on beds in October actively spawning, only time I have seen them spawning this late in the year.
