I wasn't either but after using the search bar for crappie.com and even googling it, really couldn't find a negative thing about the net other than price.
6 extending out to 12 feet and the net ring can pop right off for better storage.

How long a net where you hoping for?

If you order, get the combo with both size handles.

Make sure you put a piece of pool noodle on it so you don’t lose one like Crappie Kirby on BnM YouTube Fish-Eat-Live.

I can't find the original video easily but he mentioned it again on a newer video. Around 13:50 minute mark.

The only net I’ve used that will pick up a 6-8 pound catfish, extend to 12 feet and hold up more than a few trips is the Crappie Monster Outlaw Net.

I built one. Bought a paint-roller and $7, and a telescopic painters pole, $10 . BPS has a $14 trout fishing net (rubber). took handle off roller, bored it out, glued handle of net into it. pole goes into rod locker, until set up for fishing. Works well.

I've been considering the same thing. I recently bought Mega Live and made a mount out of a telescopic painter pole and Ram mount with grip.
