Military surplus stores have the Gortex jackets and pants. They have zipper closed vents to make them cooler.

All the replies above are correct. I will add that any gortex rain gear will diminish over time. I wash mine with revivex 2 part wash and repellent treatment about 3 times a year and never have issues.

How much do people expect to spend on gortex jacket and bibs? $300-400?

I didn't know you made those! A suggestion, put it in your crappie.com signature block so more people can see it!

I do not make these. If you look on the thread I posted you will see it was another c.com member who makes these. Look on the first page of the thread. I do not know if he is still doing them though. By the way, I am wearing it in my sgnature block.

I have a rain jacket that keeps me kinda dry til I get to the ramp. I don’t fish in the rain.
