Default Shout out to Grizzly Jig

I ordered some stuff in the spring. The next day I get a call saying some of the items are backordered. I was then given several options. The one of which I chose was to ship what they had and then ship the rest when they got it in stock. Last week the wife hands me a package. Then asked what was inside. I had forgotten about the Grizzly Jig order. To the folks at Grizzly Jig I want to say Thank You for your Great customer service, and thank you for supporting this site we all enjoy so much

When I want something from GJ I make the 2 hour drive to the store. And I always go on Friday. There is a restaurant near the old store that serves bread pudding only on Fridays that is worth the drive. The name of the restaurant is the Round House, and yes, the building is round.

I like those folks, too. They seem to be at a better price point than others. Which is probably why you had to wait Jack. Nice variety of stuff and I’ve bought some rods from them as well. Good to see them making a go of it in this niche’ market. Newbies to the sport can definitely do well starting their collection just on that site.
Maybe they will bite this one……

I was fine with waiting. Supply chain issues are everywhere.

We make the trip there every time we go Reelfoot Lake, usually once a year. I look forward to that as much as the fishing. I stock up on my favorite floats and a get a shirt or two. On the last trip back in May, the Mrs. got tired of following me and sat down on one of the Millenium seats they have displayed and took a set home that day.
