My answer to your statement is that Almighty God knows your load limit! He never puts more on you than you can bear. We are often told that iron is not ready for use until it has been through the fire. No doubt, you and your wife have and are going through it right now.

Here is my testimony, as proof that God is able Eric. I was born three month premature weighing less than two pounds at birth. In Kentucky, at that time, because of my skin color, we were not able to go to the local hospital. I was told I had about ten days to live. My grandmother put baby oil all over me and baked me like a pig away from a heat lamp turning me over every five minutes or so. She did this for three months. Every two hours they would give me five drops of milk from an eve dropper and then jiggle my throat to make sure I swallowed it. That was my incubator.

Keep the hope, trust, and faith in Jesus to fix any situation. If He brought you to it then HE IS ABLE to bring you through it if it is in His plan, purpose and will for your life. When I was going through my stroke, my cancer, my heart attack, my complete hand reconstruction and my kidney disease, my shoulder surgery on both shoulders I just remembered Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and He shall direct thy paths."

I will be 77 is a few months and it is only by God's Grace and Mercy. Stay strong and see what the end will be. Be encouraged my friends. I am asking you and your wife to just read Psalms 91 together every day as well as the poem "Invictus" which I put on this thread and watch Jesus work on your behalf. Our prayers on your behalf are lifted up before Jesus.

**UPDATE** She Has all the tests done but one. Not looking really good but could of course be worse. When she had the two CT scans done, we found out two major things related to the same gene, and neither are great. One she is in the 2% of the population that has bi-lateral heart valves. In other words, there are two flappers in the valve instead of three, and the valves tend to be smaller, and the second, and to me the worse of the two, she has a small aneurysm near this bad valve. This last test is/ procedure is an ultrasound on her neck. Then shortly after that it's a conference with the Dr's as to when, and how they will proceed with the operation. We have put it in the Lords Hands, and I still Pray multiple times a day for strength. I had to change one eye appt. for me to the 10th of Nov. 'cause it conflicted with when she had an appt. and I now have an appt., (subject to change for her schedule), to see a cataract specialist as it's getting real hard to see clear with that left eye. So please keep us in your prayers. Eric and Joyce.
