From the look of it I believe it is the transducer cable since it has multiple pins in the drawing

The item is a ferrite core (noise suppression) .... for the transducer cable.
I have a 93sv Echomap UHD .... and this item came with it, but instructions for placement are on the back of the paper with the diagram (as shown in your pic). I do not currently have mine in use.
I have 2 93sv units and never got one with either one?
Not sure. When did you get them? I bought mine June 15

Im thinking about getting Livescope for my Garmin 93 sv UHD, I know I need the transducer but what about the blk box, I need that too ?

Yes you need the black box (GLS 10) and the transducer (LVS32 or the new LVS34). They should come together as a kit if purchased new.
