    Came with my garmin 93, I see the part but nothing else none of the paper work mentions it.
    Looking at this pic gets me to asking is that the transducer cable of the power cable ?

    That is a ferrite core. It helps reduce interference

    From the look of it I believe it is the transducer cable since it has multiple pins in the drawing

    The item is a ferrite core (noise suppression) .... for the transducer cable.

    I have a 93sv Echomap UHD .... and this item came with it, but instructions for placement are on the back of the paper with the diagram (as shown in your pic). I do not currently have mine in use.

    This is correct OP. It does go on your transducer cable. I just got a 93sv Echomap UHD and have one on mine too.

    Im thinking about getting Livescope for my Garmin 93 sv UHD, I know I need the transducer but what about the blk box, I need that too ?

    Yes you need the black box (GLS 10) and the transducer (LVS32 or the new LVS34). They should come together as a kit if purchased new.
