what does TSS mean

Trout Slayer Series. It is no longer made as Leland's Lures and BnM collaborated on the the TCB rod that is made by BnM. Both rods were virtually the same, expect.......the TCB rod blank is made in Japan.

thanks for the update on what TSS meant, a fellow has one where i fish, i used it for a few cast, i find it a bit noodle effect, not enough backbone

I own some microlites, Sam Heaton super sensitive, St. Croix, GLoomis, but for throwing light jigs i use the Airstream from bass pro, $60, with power pro 8-1 white, or nanofil, with 4-6 lb pline leader

when you are saying Power pro 8-1 white. are you saying 8 lb test and how many strands.
