Fish didn't read same book I did

I anchored at a place with structure that usually holds really nice crappie and gills for my area. I decided to try the crappie first and used crappie magnets. No crappie but caught seven 10 & 11" bluegill. When I switched to trout magnets I caught five crappie 13-16". I am still chuckling and scratching my head.

dang crappie and gillies don't read the packages those magnets come in or they would be more cooperative. Sounds like a GREAT day anyway with big gills and slabs! congrats.
