    Only 2 bridges on the lake & neither are near where I’ll be fishing so doubtful I’ll be tying up to them but I’ll for sure have some bug spray.

    I have done well with Coleman lanterns hanging from the bridge over the water. The bugs make a satisfying sizzle when they hit the hot lantern

    Summer time with a green light I like to use a slip bobber with minnows and multiple rods. I also try to fish in a spot that the crappie want to be in. The light will attract bait and eventually crappie but it's better if the fish are close by.

    The slip bobber makes it easier to cast out to the edge of the light and adjust your depth. 6 to 12 feet deep is normal.
