Alpha hawk you sound like a fellow I like if you have in the past fish 5 days a week, that’s about what I am doing now, early till it gets too hot.

What about the fireballs? I tried some for the first time saturday night & couldn't even get one on the hook because they'd split into. Any ideas?

Only bought one container of those. Terrible product. If you are not having success with jig bites or tips stop using them and go to a spray or dip. Maybe you set the hook harder than Ketchen...dono...Site currator makes one called Slab Sauce it works well. Crappieology 102...when you catch a fish take that jig and rub it on the fish. Free fish smell.

I guess I’ll have to let the nibbles dry out & try them because they’re way to soft. I’m going to try the slab sauce too. Thanks

If you have the time leave the container open at home for a few days until they reach the dryness you desire. Don't leave it off too long or you won't be able to get your hook through them
