Are you wanting the rack to hold the jigs before or during curing?
I made one for holding them prior to putting them into clamps for curing.

Here is mine made of rabbit wire. Holds 1 gross of jigheads. I drop them on after they are dipped in the fluid beds for the powder to set.

1/16” stainless welding rods ...
To bend the wavy feature into the rod ...
1. Measure the length of the jaws in your workbench vice ...
2. Take a strip of electricians tape longer than the vice jaws and lay the tape down sticky side up ...
3. Stick small finishing nails to the tape 1/2” apart ...
4. Make an identical set of nails on tape for each jaw of the workbench vice ...
5. Stick these strips to the vice jaws - offsetting each strip so that when the vice jaws are closed on the welding rod that the nails on each jaw offset the opposing strip of nails on the other vice jaw ...
I would suggest using something different than a wood base like mine (even tho is doesn’t get hot enough to catch fire) .... My wife does not like the smell of hot wood being baked in her oven

First, not even a small chance I’d use momma’s oven, I’d never hear the end of that.
Second, great tip on rippling the wire. Your ideas are always top notch.
Third, I use the rack that came in my toaster oven set as high as it will go. I have a piece of stainless wire with a 1/4” bend at the end to reach in and separate those jigs that have gotten too close together.
For standing them heads up, the rack already shown is the best idea I’ve seen. Other folks have ideas that are similar and they all do a good job. Sandwiching them to hold ‘em in place is the right idea.

You are a very wise man skeetbum my friend. That is exactly why I found a toaster oven at the thrift shop for under $10.00 for my garage. I got my microwave at the thrift shop also to do soft plastics. It also is used in my garage. One day I might have a nice workshop like SnakeRiver.
