it about never needs sharpening, the one I use hammered forever like a razor blade before it got a light lick on the stone .
I bought about 6 or 8 of them back when and gave a few away and the others are still in my garage brand new ....
they were only 3.99 when I bought them, and I am still using the very first one I got to try out to see if it was any good....
when I held the first one and touched the blade, I thought it's holy you know what SHARP , now if it will just hold that edge is the next question

might be fingery and or handy if you aint pretty good with a knife , it is stupid sharp and that aint no foolin around

Bought a 6' Victorinox boning knife recently. Scary sharp it is. Chucked up said deer to be turned into burger very effortlessly. Surely don't want my fingers anywhere near it

Yep, the 6' Victorinox boning knife is shaped just like a fish filet knife, I love mine it's easy to get razor sharp.

I have 3 cheap Rapalas, I use a worksharp electric sharper and then a strap, they don't stay sharp long, but I go to the next one when dull
