If you feel up to walking, go walk around the yard or up and down the driveway. That way mom can watch you but let you have a little space while you walk off a little of the stir crazy.

Make some videos of your ties if you can, create your own u tube channel and share your talent. I know it’s not physical but it will occupy time and ur mind.

Skeet, I already tried the walk around the yard bit, and boy did I get an ear full. She didn't mind the walking bit, it was the pushing the mower as I did it. She has two bad knees and can't do it. The Dr said no lifting over 15lbs, not a word about cutting grass. the yard is like 45' x 100' and the 16'x70' trailer is in the middle of that...Didn't even wind me, and yes I took my time to do it...

Pryor to "G" passing away, I had a discussion with him about putting up some recipes in the plastic's section of the jig forum, and he had said as long as it included my source for it, if it wasn't my recipe, he seen no harm in it. well, then I got pretty serious about hand ties and have went down that gopher hole and am working on that. Wont be too much longer. I have some for jigs, as well as flies that will catch not only Crappy but panfish, bass, and trout. With your permission WHEN I get them finished I would Like to post a couple a week...Including all afore mentioned information...

I’m looking forward to seeing your work. I’ve kicked the idea around for a channel of my own but work has most of my time. It will come in time. The mowing the yard thing would get a rise out of my wife too. Glad to hear that you got along fine with it. We want to hear more from you, don’t make mama bust you up again!

Well I have officially gotten the O>K> from the Boss. It will take me a couple of days to get things lined up, and my desk cleaned up, but it is going to happen. It may start off a little slow, but with a bit of practice, it will get better. Looking so forward to this. Now, fair warning, I am no professional tyer, and if you know of a better way than you see me doing something, by all means say something. I by no means know everything, nor do I profess to, and am open to suggestions on ways of doing things. That being said, this is going to be informative, and I'll try to make it fun for all.
