    I caught a bunch last year that were just under the 10 inch minimum mark. They all should be the correct size this year.

    Nothing wrong with a reasonable harvest. It’s the ones you see with a gunny sack completely cleaning out everything that gets your goat.

    reasonable is a subjective term my friend , everyone has a different opinion on this subject , of course in the end it isn't likely even a really hardcore great angler is going to destroy a fishery all by himself , but to be sure on small waters ,with enough hammering it could cause there to be a population issue

    Most places it is a collective effort that takes it's toll on a fishery. Fisheries also have cycles.
