the land of giants for sure
My PB is a small 1.4lb. a friend has a 3lber mounted on his wall and it doesn't even look real to me. almost cartoonish. Sounds like so much fun to catch. I definitely need to get down there.

when they get up to that size , it is a surreal type of thing to see in person .
2 lb crappie look really big ,a 3lb crappie looks far past big a good bit ....

Santee Cooper has some giants but I haven’t been able to go yet. Probably won’t be the consistency of the Mississippi or Texas lakes but it’s another option.

Beautiful scenery, big fish, but unforgiving as they come if the weather is bad, or even hints at blowing.

High Rock Lake or Jordan Lake in NC. Realistic, but not likely shot at a 3 in both lakes. Plenty of 2-2.5. HR has produced several 4lb fish. No size/creel limit on HR. 10" on Jordan.
