    This is what happens to the buckle after a while, year or more, wife saw this and washed it…..didn’t help obviously.

    Dang, that's not good. All the Camo ones including this Mossy Oak Mountain Range hat have a plastic clasps. But I'll get some Mossy Oak Mountain Range ones with Velcro anyway. The others are not available with Velcro. Stan, PM me and I'll replace it.
