    Default Ice Ice Baby!

No. Not the 90's song. Bobby Garland Baby Shad in Blue Ice. If you wanted to get bit. That was the size and color for the last 2 days. Water temps in the Mid 50's, the sky was blue and the sun was warm. Fish were under docks in 10 to 12 fow. They were in the deepest parts of the shade. They also prefered pier built docks instead of floating versions. 2nd cast brought the first fish of the day a very acrobatic Tennessee Tarpon. That Skipjack put on a show.

Then came the first of many crappie. Most 11 to 13 inches. No TARP so far this year. Name: 20220305_072515.jpg

All fish were released to live until fooled by a Bobby Garland Baby Shad slathered in Slab Sauce.

You're right about those "Tennessee Tarpon" ... they can put on quite the show when a hook nails them !! Caught quite a few at Watts Bar, some on Crappie jigs & some on minnows

Good Job on the dock shooting, and the Blacknose
