Wearing a good pair of merino wool socks with a pair of Muck boots or Bogs boots should keep your feet warm. This is what I wear when ice fishing, where my feet are setting on the ice for several hours without getting cold.

If not running a foot control trolling motor....consider some boot blankets....used to use them during late season tree stand hunts.
I am going to bundle up tomorrow with some Muck Arctic boots (2000 gram th insulate) on for some bank fishing in an attempt to catch a few. My wife is going to sit in the car and watch me freeze. LOL

Carhartt thick wool boot socks, sprinkle some foot powder in them first. Muck Boots Wetland series. If it gets into the 20s I’ll add a HotHands toe warmer and they’re good for several hours.
Don't make us brake out pictures. LOL
