In-Fisherman has a good crappie book. Not sure if it’s still being published, though. You may have to find an older copy.

I found the In-Fisherman book very informative in regard to biology, seasonal holding patterns, and how crappie relate to different types of water "lakes, rivers etc."

There is a free monthly online magazine published called Crappie Now. It is a good one!

The shame about books are that so many are WAY out of print. I always liked to have printed reading.I have to check my old archives. I think I had a couple that were on fly fishing for pans but the tips could be applied to all types. That’s a nice book you have there spartan.

I wouldn't mind a e-book but my old table has no storage space and it's pia to try to read using it.
