    Default Shrimp or worm

Fish with Crickets or worms for my bluegills , but for white perch or white bass as some call them I add a pinch or worm or shrimp and its triples the bit. Really works good.

Another newbie question but do any of you add a little pinch of worm/shrimp to the jig to spice it up a little.

Seen the crappie bits but will someone explain these to me. Seems like worms or a little shrimp would be better.

I use jig only and usually catch more than I want to clean.
If I add nibbles or worms I get too many catfish. I like to single pole fish tight to structure.

They are better but not as convenient or as cheap.

I add nibbles that I douse in Slab or G Sauce. It’s the scent of them that attracts the gills, perch, cats and Crappie. I normally use whit but have 3 - 4 jars on the ole Tracker ( FV Scooby Doo).

Yeah... what you're doing is "sweetening up" a jig, works all the time.I have used both, either one works well.

So much to learn so little time to learn it. HAHAAHAH
I'm brackish water. Bream, bass, crabs to flounder in the same water. Shrimp come in in the summers when we have little rain from the ocean. Usually not back as far as the deep runs in the back rivers but I was wondering if it would help. Thanks.

What you trying to catch? I know tipping a jig with a little piece of shrimp in saltwater helps big time.

Shrimp maybe...crappie nipples definitely. But if I catch another worm in my boat heads are gonna roll and you ain't getting another invite....ROFL. Them things are nasty.

You had me at crabs & flounder. Captain D's is my only resource for them.
