    …crappie fishing?
I’m in VT waiting for some ice to stand on. I’ve got a new Thorne Bros ice rod under the tree and I hope a couple UL spinning reels. How about you, what are you hoping for?

Just a lot of small items to replenish the tackle - nothing big is needed or asked for. I’m looking forward to seeing the grands!

Having all of my kids home for the holidays. With my middle son being in the Air Force and stationed at Dyess, don't get to see him but twice a year.

The only thing I hope I get is some Cabelas/Bass Pro gift cards! With 2 out of state fishing trips coming up early in the year, I may need a few things! LOL

Merry Christmas to all of you here! I hope your holidays are filled with joy.

I'm just hoping for the supply chain to get back to normal so I can buy another boat. The price increase has taken effect on new and old boats. Some of the asking prices on used boats are insane. I have been patient for over year. I this rate I may have to add livescope to the little 10ft Pelican bass boat I have been fishing out of.

Go ahead…. I have livescope on my kayak. Works good and there are portable options if you need to move it around.

Some new tungsten ice fishing jigs are under the tree somewhere and I think there is a new pair of chopper mittens under there, too. The time for "stuff" has passed with the years, and the reason for the season and the friends and family that are still here is all that is "needed".
Yes, I was talking to myself; sometimes even I have to ask for expert advice.

Yep i'm going to make it portable so I transfer it between boats. I have sidescan now and it's a godsend when I fish bridge pilings. I eliminates alot of dead water. Livescope would allow me to dial in on them even more.

I don't have much of a list, but I did get my grandson a new BnM jig pole. He claims every new pole on the boat, so I thought he might like to have his first dedicated crappie rig.
