I use the taigate and plug my knife into the truck. I use a 6" x 15" piece of engineered water proof flooring left over from a bathroom remodeling. The board works really well but I should have cut it longer....big grin...let it air dry and next trip to the ramp and them scales will blow right off.

Sink is out if the question in my house. My wife would flip out. I made a cleaning table with a stainless strainer in it next to my water hydrant. Scraps go in a bucket & all get carried to the woods to feed the coons. Works for me.

I built a cleaning table with an alucabond top and put a stainless sink in it. Stays behind the shop where it can be hosed off.

I’ve been cleaning in the kitchen sink out of necessity since 2005….no other place to do it. When I’m through one would never know fish had been cleaned in the house. The last time I cleaned a fish was in 2016. The neighbors asked me could I get enough fish for 50 folks for a fish fry. I provided 200 crappie fillets. I also told them at the fish fry to enjoy as I was out of the fish cleaning business….LOL. I haven’t ruled out someday keeping fish again but I doubt I will.

I’ll take my Rural King jeans too.
I think they went up to 11.99 here in Indiana.
