    No scales just smooth skin. Even the patches that look like scales are smooth and slick. Thing pulled like a freight train. Grabbed a jig from under a dock. Thought I was hung up until it went to swimming

    You learn something new everyday.. Never seen one of those before.

    It is believed that the fish was bred by monks in Asia to have a lack of scales which made it easier to prepare for the dinner table.
