    I bought one of the Bubba cordless last year. It was way on sale and I had some gift cards. It does a good job. I still have the American Angler 110 volt I bought 10 years ago.

    Here's what I always use. I've been through several of them.......they do great turkey & pork loin carving as well. Wal Mart has different sizes.

    I too use one one of these, inexpensive and cuts all kinds of meat as well. Keep em razor sharp and it’ll serve you well

    i have one rapala i got WAY back when , we use it in the kitchen now .
