I bought one of the Bubba cordless last year. It was way on sale and I had some gift cards. It does a good job. I still have the American Angler 110 volt I bought 10 years ago.

find a billy bay , cheap and the steel is just WOW , really great knife for super cheap ,6 inch blade
WARNING , will flat out cut you quicker than a speeding bullet

they also come in a bright chart color as well

I too use one one of these, inexpensive and cuts all kinds of meat as well. Keep em razor sharp and it’ll serve you well

i have one rapala i got WAY back when , we use it in the kitchen now .
good knife for sure
