Default Blaine Salter with Salter's Jiggin' Pole showing how to dock shoot with a long Elite

I always knew longer poles were better for dock shooting. They go further with less stressing and better aiming. Bend a short rod and you never know where they're gonna go. IMHO

Blaine's booth was packed at the Expo. Shadow wanted to introduce me to him and we never had a chance.

I saw him doing that live at the Expo. He could sure sling one with authority.

    Very accurate demo.

Pretty darn accurate. I have some dedicated dock shooting rods from B&M and Allstar. I also use a 7'6" Okuma on the lightest smallest jigs I shoot.

the best dock shooters I ever seen use really stout 7 footers , thought it was interesting they used such long stout rods when most don't .

You can flat send a jig like a bullet with a long stout rod
