58 degrees on the surface. Last Sunday it was 64- 66. Cool temps, cloudy days, and the rain last week cooled it off

I too have foul hook crappie one the tail.

sometimes when you hook one below something , they momentarily wrap it and them feel like real bruisers ....

I was in the brush for sure. Given a chance they will wrap you all up under a dock
